Outstanding service! Thank you to Jason and the team at Melbourne Fibreglass pools for the recent install at our home. We investigated countless pool companies and spoke to many installers. Our installation needed to allow for easements and a sloped block. From our initial conversation Jason was enthusiastic about working with us to make it possible. We signed up based on the fact that the people working for them demonstrated honesty and were responsive to all of our enquires. They were even happy to rectify a small discrepancy on dig day with a shovel and a good attitude. Highly recommended.

He is professional, great to deal with, explained each step of the process and kept us informed during and after each step of the way. Jason explained to us what we need to know as we are 1st time pool owners. We were very lucky with the excavation as well.
